How Many Kids?

Parties are designed with 10 kids in mind, but you can add on extra kids! Just refer to the different party themes for pricing. If you have less than ten kids on your RSVP, that does not mean we can reduce your party price. There are many factors that go on behind the scenes to make sure your party is amazing, whether you have six kids coming or sixteen. This base price ensures we can deliver you a great experience.

What About Parents?

The birthday child’s parent must be present at all times. Drop-offs for party goers is recommended, but parents are more than welcome to stay if they prefer. Limiting one parent per child is helpful to prevent overcrowding.

When Can I Book a Party?

Saturday Parties: 10:30 AM or 2:00 PM

Sunday Parties: 2:00 PM

What’s the Food Situation?

You are permitted to bring a birthday dessert such as cake or cupcakes in addition to packaged drinks. Any additional food like finger foods or pizza requires an additional $35 cleaning fee.

How Long Do We Have?

You have use of the space for 2 HOURS TOTAL, this 2 hours INCLUDES YOUR SET UP AND CLEAN UP. You are allowed to arrive at the studio up to 30 min before your party start time to decorate, but this COUNTS AS PART OF YOUR 2 HOURS. We ask that parties please be mindful of the designated 2 hour time frame, as we often have other engagements to tend to. Parties that extend over their designated time will be billed $25 per half hour.

What Do I Need to Bring?

We recommend bringing four disposable table cloths. Our studio is already colorful and fun, but you are welcome to bring extra decor if you’d like. Birthday banners are fine - we have plenty of wall space. Other than that, just the kids, the cake, and any utensils you may need.

What’s Not Allowed?

NO CONFETTI or table top sprinkles of any kind are allowed. A $35 clean up fee will be added if this rule is broken. No pets other than service animals allowed. No inappropriate music should be played - please keep it kid friendly.

How Does Booking/Payment Work?

  1. Click a Party Theme to Submit Your Inquiry Form

  2. After Submitting Your Inquiry:

  • We will reach out via phone to confirm your party date, time and details.

  • Due at Booking: The full Party Package price + any Add-Ons that are not final headcount dependent (food fee, extra projects, invitations etc.)

  • Add-ons that depend on a final headcount (art aprons, party favor bags, additional kids, etc.) will be billed the week of your party.

  • We will send you a Square payment link via text or email- your choice! This payment link allows you to pay with card at your convenience without having to physically come in to the studio.

Cancellation

Parties are non-refundable. A lot of work goes into scheduling, prepping, and facilitating parties. We do however understand that sometimes things just come up. For emergent situations, you can reschedule your party for a new date for a $50 rescheduling fee.

We cannot refund money paid for activities or add-ons prepped for no-show guests. Time and effort was put into carefully accounting for and setting up these supplies. You are welcome to take those extra supplies home in case of a no-show guest.

If for some reason the studio experiences an emergent situation and needs to cancel or postpone your party, we will issue a full refund or move your party date with no rescheduling fee.
